手沖咖啡職人21,600秒耐力挑戰!究竟彥博泡出來的咖啡是什麼味道呢?! | Episode 2 【超馬視角】彥博一日企劃

2020全球國際賽事延期與取消的情況下,
加上在山上訓練意外受傷逢了三針,休養期間剛好有機會,嘗試一直以來我想做的事情這10年去世界各國比賽,都喜歡喝不同國家的咖啡豆,和感受不同氛圍的咖啡廳,心理一直渴望著,
也有自己這樣的空間,於是!第一次挑戰!

【手沖咖啡職人體驗】
連續站6小時,連續共21600秒不休息!
裝水、秤重、磨豆、水溫、手沖、濾杯、裝杯、送出加上微笑,
急速一杯4分30秒!
但還要加上拍照+簽名+聊天,所以一杯大約8-9分鐘...
所以一小時我只能緊繃賣出5-6杯左右,
每一杯,都是將滿滿的心意和溫度送出去~
場地租金400元+電費200元=600元
租咖啡器材+整組杯子=500元(咖啡老闆佛心贊助)
停車費80元
成本600+500+80=1080元

這次學到許多不同經驗,
忙到沒時間打招呼和說話,都沒喝水+手和腰隔天好痠,
體驗咖啡職人的辛苦~難怪會看到服務業一些標語,忙碌中,如沒有微笑請體諒

Ultra-marathon is a sport with loneliness, no audiences, no applause, no cheers, and even no rewards. Maybe we can say that it is beyond any other sports event. I experience my physical limit and psychological will through every process, every race with dangerous environments, and every day with training and job together in my life. I am often asked: " Why do you insist on participating in such a dangerous ultra-competition? ". I think I find the value of being in this world and some answers to my life because of these events. Although I have to sign on a Release and Waiver of Liability before each race, I want to keep challenging to become an all-around venturesome athlete.
